All software code, visualizers, interactive heatmaps, brand assets, logo marks, graphics, editorial tutorials, and design elements on TypeDelta are the proprietary intellectual property of TypeDelta and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our proprietary platform assets without prior written consent.
Speed certificates generated on TypeDelta document performance recorded in a browser session. Certificates are provided as independent self-assessment credentials. TypeDelta makes no representations that any certificate will be accepted by third-party academic institutions or corporate employers.
TypeDelta is delivered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, bug-free, or 100% continuous service availability.
Under no circumstances shall TypeDelta, its creators, or affiliated contributors be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
